Yoga Retreat 
at Grow Wild

Join me on Sunday, October 6th at the beautiful Grow Wild Retreats in Shawnigan Lake for a full day of yoga, nature, and delicious homemade food with good friends.

Just as nature moves through cycles, so do our lives. At times, we find ourselves in phases of expansion—taking bold steps, stepping beyond our comfort zones, and embracing new challenges. Conversely, there are moments when we naturally withdraw, seeking relaxation, craving the warmth of introspection. While our minds may favor one phase over the other, both are equally essential and nourishing.

Keeping with the theme of these cycles, our retreat will begin with a dynamic and challenging morning Vinyasa practice. As the day winds down, we will transition into a reflective Restorative yoga session, allowing you to unwind and reconnect. Throughout the day, we'll eat a delicious homemade food, with ample time to relax, recharge, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

- Opening circle

- Vinyasa Yoga class

- Restorative Yoga class with guided meditation

- Free time to walk, talk, swim, read, journal, rest, etc.

- Delicious homemade snack and lunch

- Closing circle
